Refund and Replacement Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired or wrong, we will replace it or refund you:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vithoba.co.in or 9260100600.
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product and the package.
3. After checking, we will send a replacement or refund you within 7 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

You do not need to pay any return shipping. If we need the item back, we will arrange the pickup at our cost.

Unopened items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
